Alignment Exercise Physiology offers Exercise Physiology services and online courses to manage chronic pain, chronic health conditions, disability, injury rehabilitation/prevention. and for general health and wellbeing. Our services are tailored to meet individual health needs and goals.

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. We require accurate personal information to secure your booking.

3.2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies.

Alignment Exercise Physiology reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not contravene anti-discrimination laws. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • The client is unable or unwilling to provide accurate health information.

  • The client is disruptive or poses a safety risk to staff or other clients.

  • The client exhibits rude or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients.

  • The client fails to comply with the terms and conditions of service.
