We are committed to the quality and effectiveness of the "Move Beyond Back Pain" online course. If, after completing the course, you do not experience a reduction in your average back pain, you may request a discussion regarding a full refund. Below are the details:

3.1 Definition of Average Back Pain

"Average back pain" refers to the typical intensity of back pain experienced by a participant during the course over a duration of 1-2 weeks. It is calculated based on consistent self-assessments using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), a widely accepted method for measuring pain.

3.2 Measurement of Pain with the VAS

Participants will track their back pain using the VAS scale, which rates pain intensity from 0 to 10:

  • 0 = No pain

  • 10 = Worst pain imaginable

3.3 Pain Assessment Process

  • Participants will record their pain level at the start of the course (baseline measurement).

  • A final assessment will be recorded at the end of the course.

3.4 Eligibility for Refunds

A refund discussion may be initiated if:

  1. You have completed all course modules and followed the prescribed exercises and recommendations.

  2. There is no reduction in your average VAS pain score between the baseline and the final assessment.

3.5 Documentation for Refund Requests

To qualify for a refund discussion, you must provide:

  1. Evidence of course completion (e.g., screenshots of completed modules and activities).

3.6 Refund Request Process
